SBP has a new program coordinator/manager
LT Keith Golden, NOAA, is the new program coordinator/manager of the Small Boat Program. He replaces LCDR G. Mark Miller who has been reassigned to NOAA ship Shimada, as Executive Officer. ENS Andrew Ostapenko, NOAA, is the new Small Boat Engineer. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses to the SBP manager and engineer have not changed.
