The following list of files are provided for the purusal of any stakeholder in NOAA small boat operations who may be interested in learning more about the historical who, how, and why questions pertaining to the necessity and development of the NOAA Small Boat Program. The documents contained in the "Policy Discussion" section complement these documents and eventually will be included in these links after the draft NAO is officially promulgated. Currently there are very few files available as the program is still in its infancy and most efforts are being directed toward policy development and resource requirement estimation.
