NOAA Hull ID Registration Procedures

1. If you need to register your NOAA boat, please complete this hull registration form and attach it in an E-mail addressed to sbp.coordinator@noaa.gov.

2. After the form information is verified, a hull registry number will be issued to the vessel's Responsible Person.

3. NOAA hull registration numbers must be displayed on the boat in accordance with Section 14 of the Small Boat Safety and Procedures Manual.
