NOAA Hull Registration Application Form

Procedures -
1. If you need to register your NOAA boat, please complete the Excel spreadsheet and attach it in an E-mail addressed to sbp.coordinator@noaa.gov.

2. After the form information is verified, a hull registry number will be issued to the vessel's Responsible Person.

3. NOAA hull registration numbers must be displayed on the boat in accordance with NAO 217-103, Appendix B.
